The low toilet was a challenge for my damaged knee. The shower water flow was disappointing on the 4th floor. The TV guide not working was a minor nuisance too!!!

Friendly staff during breakfast service.
During my recent stay, I faced several issues that were quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no blanket for the pull-out couch, and when I asked the front desk for help, they simply told me to get it myself. Moreover, the blackout curtain in my room was crooked and left a gap, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, particularly under the sink. Overall, these problems overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay.

The stay exceeded expectations with exceptional amenities, including a full kitchen, comfortable seating, and a spacious room layout. Breakfast was satisfying, featuring typical local bread, and the property was impeccably maintained. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions, though a more extensive snack selection would be appreciated. Also, the staff's professionalism and friendliness made for a stellar experience. Wish I could have enjoyed the heated saline pool, but the stay was still top-notch.

This was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Temecula with fantastic value. The early check-in was really appreciated, even if the front desk staff had mixed attitudes. I'd suggest checking for additional room requests in advance next time.
